Visiting Team Information
We are excited to welcome your team to our pool.

We have a 10-lane pool.
We are typically ready to start welcoming the visiting team by 4:30pm.
Warmups
- Home team warm up at 5:00pm
- Visiting team warm up at 5:30pm
- The meet will begin promptly at 6:00pm
Parking at our facility is extremely limited but there will be a small number of spaces available for the visiting team in our parking lot. Home swimmer parents are required to park off site, somewhere in the neighborhood. We have a designated swimmer drop off area in front of the pool which is marked by cones. After the swimmers are dropped off, parking will be available on the sides of the streets throughout the neighborhood. Please only park on ONE SIDE OF THE STREET. Do not block or park near fire hydrants, do not park too close to stop signs/intersections. We'd hate for your car to be towed during the meet.
Swimmers’ area: There will be a designated area for the Visiting swimmers near the pool clubhouse and wrapping around the slide pool area. Please note that swimmers are not allowed in the slide pool, splash pool, or baby pool during meets
On Deck Policy: We are allowing parent volunteers on deck for the meets and allowing parents to periodically check on their swimmers during the meets. Swimmers may have chairs on deck in their designated sitting area, but we are NOT allowing parents of either team to have chairs on deck.
Parent seating area: Parents can set up chairs in the grassy area and sidewalks outside the pool. We have designated a viewing area with cones along the street, directly looking over the pool. Before and after the meet, all parents are allowed on deck, but during the actual meet we request that parents who are not volunteering only enter the deck to check on their swimmers or watch their swimmer from the standing-only viewing area at the end of the pool near the entrance to help with crowding on the pool deck.
Bathrooms are located inside the clubhouse, and are accessible from the side door.
Concessions: We will offer Jet's Pizza. There will be a pre-order link sent a couple of days before to your team. You can also order at the meet. In addition there will be snacks, ice cream and Sunset Slush.
Timing: We use the Dolphin timing system and are using stopwatches as a backup, with both times recorded on timing sheets. These sheets are checked by the Meet Admins during the meet.
- We will pair ONE Timer from our home team and ONE Timer from the away team for each lane.
- For odd lanes, the HOME team will time with the dolphin and the AWAY team will time with the stopwatch.
- For even lanes, the AWAY team will time with the Dolphin and the HOME team will time with the stopwatch.
We will provide tables and chairs for your Meet Admins who are monitoring times in Meet Maestro. Our tables are under a structure to protect all of our equipment from the elements.
Order of Finish: We will use OOF. We would like to have one order of finish judge per team. Generally they fill out a single OOF sheet together. If possible, please provide an OOF judge.
Ribbons: We plan to check the times and print the ribbon labels. Then we hand this to our Ribbon crew. It has made their job much easier. The goal is to have all the labels completed very close to the end of the meet. We have been successful with this in the past. Our ribbon volunteers are also set up at a table under the structure next to the Meet Admins. If your team is able to provide at least one ribbon writer that would be helpful.
